Any changes or alterations to your commission may result in additional charges at the discretion of your freelancer.

If you initiate a ticket and do not receive a response within one week, the commission will be automatically closed and marked as complete. Payments made for the commission during this period are non-refundable. Therefore, it is essential to diligently monitor the commission's status and take necessary actions promptly.

All tickets created are treated as "new". Any information previously provided in a ticket is considered void and is not regarded as valid; thus, it is necessary to reopen discussions and readdress any details.

Should you request a new freelancer at any point, it's important to note that you forfeit eligibility for a refund. Furthermore, you acknowledge the possibility of incurring additional charges associated with this new freelancer request, which is at the discretion of the freelancer and may involve a higher rate.

Any and all communication between a freelancer and a client must be in Rollerite platforms:

- Engaging in any efforts to contact a freelancer or client outside of Rollerite for work or services is strictly prohibited. Rollerite will not assume liability or responsibility in the event of any scams, and no refunds of any kind will be issued in such circumstances.

- All details related to the services requested for your commission must be thoroughly outlined in text through messages on the ticket chat in Rollerite platforms. Any information conveyed through voice calls or similar means is deemed void and unacceptable.

- Rollerite bears no responsibility and is not liable for any discussions regarding tickets or similar matters conducted through direct messages (DMs).

You agree to not abuse any Rollerite platforms.

If you become unavailable and fail to respond to your paid ticket within 72-96 hours, Rollerite reserves the right to mark your commission as complete with no entitlement to a refund.

Payment Terms

We require an initial down payment of at least 50% for our services before commencing any work. Until the full payment is received, you will be provided with non-live work. The final product will only be delivered upon payment of the remaining 50% or the outstanding balance.

In addition, a small handling fee, equivalent to 10% of the order subtotal, is required to be paid along with the down payment.

All service payments are expected to be settled within 14 business days of receiving the invoice, unless otherwise arranged. After 21 days, any unresolved ticket will be closed and, if necessary, marked as complete. By commissioning Rollerite, you confirm both the intention and capability to compensate us for our services.

It is your responsibility, as the client, to ensure timely and full payment of the invoice in accordance with the previously agreed contract.

Non-live work is provided when full payment has not been made. This includes, but is not limited to:
